The legally binding terms and conditions are available in German only and form an integral part of every contract concluded with us. Please refer to the German version of this page for the full text. Key points are summarised below for convenience and do not replace the German version.
Key points
– The service is offered exclusively to businesses (B2B) within the meaning of § 14 BGB.
– All prices are net prices and exclude statutory VAT. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT-ID are billed under the reverse-charge mechanism.
– The provider performs regular backups of customer data for operational purposes; backups are not a guaranteed feature. The customer is responsible for maintaining their own copies of business-critical data via the export functions provided in the application.
– Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence; for slight negligence the provider only assumes liability for breaches of essential contractual obligations and only up to the amount paid by the customer in the preceding twelve months.
– The contract may be terminated in text form to the end of the current billing period. After termination, customer data may be deleted after a reasonable period (typically 30 days).
– German law applies; place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the provider.
